Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Document Control Clerk to join their client's team in San Marcos. This role involves managing and maintaining documentation processes to ensure accuracy and organization within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Scanning and filing of batch records, equipment files, validation reports, etc.
  • Checking incoming documentation for accuracy.
  • Sorting papers alphabetically and numerically according to content.
  • Creating or updating records with new files and information.
  • Storing documentation for off-site secured storage.
  • Data entry in the electronic scanning system.
  • Serving as the point person for documentation requests.
  • Maintaining the document control scanning software.
  • Setting up and maintaining training files and completing initial training for new employees in a web-based system (Compliance Wire).
  • Performing area line clearances for document control as needed.
  • Reviewing daily IT logs.
  • Participating in special projects and additional functions as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, 1st shift.

Benefits

Competitive pay with a fixed rate of $22 per hour. Minimal travel time required.
